As a partner in Esposito & Annunziata, and having been a litigator for more than 13 years, Albert has been involved in a broad range of cases involving complex issues, but he knows that many clients seek help with more basic needs as well. His motto is "no case is too big or too small."
Albert earned his law degree from the Boston College School of Law in 2000 and was a partner with his father in the Annunziata Law Firm before merging with the Esposito Law Firm to form Esposito & Annunziata.
Albert brings a fresh look and energy to his broad range of clientele. He strongly believes that each client is a unique individual and each issue should be examined thoroughly and independently and given the proper attention it deserves. He believes that clients seek and deserve personal communication and advice. He made the decision to merge firms because he believes the whole staff at Esposito & Annunziata embodies these qualities.
In addition to his trial work, Albert has been tapped to be a guest speaker at the Yale School of Law to discuss local landlord-tenant issues. He has spent a large part of his career litigating – and, in most cases, settling – personal injury cases. He has been before numerous zoning boards of appeals throughout various towns in Connecticut. He has been through most of the criminal courthouses in Connecticut representing a wide range of clientele. He has consulted on large real estate development deals and business acquisitions. He currently represents the City of New Haven in their tax collection endeavors. He is a true general practitioner of law.
Albert is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association, the New Haven County Bar Association, and the Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association. He has also been on the committee with the Foundation for the Advancement of Catholic Schools, seeking scholarship monies for all students from all racial, religious, and socioeconomic backgrounds – a charitable organization he is still actively involved in today.
